Raw Cacao shake

Ingredients for 2 glasses;
½ handfuls of raw Criollo cacao beans
1½ cups of almond milk or any other milk
1 tea spoon of yacon syrup
1 tea spoon of Gelatinized Maca powder
1 banana

Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, enjoy it in the morning for breakfast, especially after a workout, or in the afternoon at 4, when your energy levels need a boost.
Cacao beans smoothie
Hot Chocolate 

Ingredients for 2 cups;
50 gr of Organic Black Chocolate not less than 70% Cacao preferably unsweetened
2 table spoons of Organic raw Lucuma powder
1 table spoon Organic raw Mesquite powder (optional)
2 cups of hot water

Dissolve the chocolate in Bain Marie, then add the 2 table spoons of lucuma and the table spoon of Mesquite powder, to the thick chocolate paste, then add gently the hot water and put the hot chocolate directly onto the cooker with a gentle hit, stir it with a whisker until it becomes completely smooth, the result will be hot and creamy chocolate that is full of flavour and dairy free.

 

Hot chocolate with Lucuma powder

 

Purple Corn Extract and Maca smoothie

Ingredients for 2 glasses;
1 cup of orange juice
1 cup of fresh blueberries
½ tea spoon of Organic Purple Corn extract
1 tea spoon Organic Gelatinized Maca
1 cup of Natural yogurt
½ banana
Mint for garnish

Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, enjoy it either in the morning or in the afternoon after a workout.
